I can teach you how to breathe slowly, deeply and rhythmically in a way that will induce a state of deep relaxation. What is more once you have learned these techniques they can be used at any time and wherever you happen to be.

 Visualization is a useful tool in helping to achieve inner calm, and one you can use to journey to magical places (having left your baggage behind!) I guarantee that by the end of this hour long treatment you will feel truly revitalized and ready to deal positively with anything that may come your way.

The journey takes from ½ hour to 1 hour dependant upon your needs
