Child thinking

Children and teenagers’ self-worth workshops

Do you feel that your young person is getting the most out of life?

Do you think they are happy?

Do you think they have a sense of worth?

Learning self-acceptance leads to empowered and encouraged lives.

Young people need to feel good about themselves in order to achieve their true potential. They need to feel:

  • Connected to other people.
  • That they count to others.
  • That they are capable.
  • That they have courage.

These are the most important things in a young person’s development.

The workshop aims to:

  • Encourage a belief in themselves.
  • Give strategies to help decision making.
  • Encourage a positive identity.
  • Offer problem solving strategies.
  • Increase their feelings of belonging to a group and being able to adequately function in their group.

The workshop is experiential, creative, fun and challenging. And will increase your young person’s feelings of confidence and self-esteem.

Suitable age: 10 years and upwards.

I have over 20 years experience in working with children and young people.
