Have you ever wanted someone to talk to?

Someone who doesn’t know you.

This is a non-judgemental stroll through the factors that make you the person you are. The reasons you think, behave and feel as you do and the reasons why you continue to do so, even though they maybe causing you discomfort. This gives you the opportunity to change those patterns to benefit you.

Emotions can become overwhelming. How do we deal with them? Most of us swallow them causing a build up, until something makes us blow, or our health is undermined.

There is a way of dealing with emotions safely, of letting our feelings surface safely and constructively.
